Join Trinity Health Senior Communities as a State-Certified CNA with medication pass experience on our CNA Resource Team serving Southeast Michigan. This part-time role offers rotating shifts, flexible scheduling, premium pay for expertise, and the opportunity to support multiple senior living communities.

You will provide hands-on daily living assistance, administer medications per protocol, document in the electronic health record, and travel between Trinity Health Senior Communities locations

Qualifications

• Current State of Michigan CNA certification
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living
• Previous medication pass experience REQUIRED
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel to Southeast Michigan Trinity Health Senior Communities locations

Responsibilities
