• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Assist with self-administration of medications and monitor responses.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
