Job summary

Moldaw Residences in Palo Alto is seeking a part-time CNA/Med Tech to join the Wellness team. You will support residents with medication administration, meals, and program activities, and you will document care as required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of geriatric care experience preferred, and First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain. English literacy and basic Office knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred.
• Current and valid First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to get certified.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or willingness to learn within 90 days for documentation of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration per Care Plan/ISP as directed by physician orders.
• Assist residents with meals, feeding when needed.
• Utilize Heartfelt Connections Program activities.
• Maintain calm atmosphere at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
