Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift for timely medication administration.
• Review incoming orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plans.
• Respond to call lights, doors, and alarms promptly.
• Observe, report changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Maintain medication supply and proper stocking.
