Trustwell Living at Evergreen Place is hiring Med Techs to join our passionate care team. Full-time roles offer competitive pay and benefits as part of our mission of person-centered care. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour with evening and overnight shifts.

You will assist with medications, receive and organize meds, check vitals, and support care plans. We require CNA/HCA, CPR/First Aid, and 1 year of experience, with a Qualified Medication Aide license as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• C.N.A. or H.C.A. Required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Completion of the Qualified Medication Aide program with a current license based on state requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Help residents stay healthy by assisting with medications as prescribed by their doctors.
• Receive, organize, and store meds.
• Be a go-to support for your supervisor—check vitals, monitor skin health, and track weight changes.
• Stay in the loop: review care plans daily and keep your team updated on changes.
• Be there for admissions, transfers, and discharges and assist with related tasks.
• Lend a hand with anything else that helps our community thrive.

• Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Available Shifts:
  • 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Wednesday and 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• We offer full medical benefits to all Full-Time employees
• Substantial Paid Time Off for all Full-Time employees

As a Med Tech/Med-Aide, you are responsible for the following:

• Help residents stay healthy by assisting with medications as prescribed by their doctors

• Stay in the loop: review care plans daily and keep your team updated on any changes.
• Be there for the important moments—help residents with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
