Job summary

Trustwell Living at Sinclair Place in Sequim, WA is hiring Certified Med Techs (CMT) to join our caregiving team. We support residents with medications and participate in care planning, under supervision, to promote health and well-being.

We offer 12-hour shifts with both full-time and part-time schedules, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, full medical benefits for full-time staff, and substantial paid time off to support a balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Completion of the Qualified Medication Aide program with a current license as per state requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Help residents stay healthy by assisting with medications as prescribed by their doctors.
• Receive, organize, and store meds.
• Be a go-to support for your supervisor—check vitals, monitor skin health, and track weight changes.
• Stay in the loop: review care plans daily and keep the team updated on changes.
• Be there for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Lend a hand with anything else that helps our community thrive.

• $2500 sign-on bonus
• Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Schedule: *Full-time and Part-Time schedules are available
