The Williamsport Home is seeking compassionate Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our Personal Care team in Williamsport, PA. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily living activities to promote dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Administration Certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Previous experience in personal care, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other team members.
• Ensure resident safety and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in resident care planning and team meetings.
