Job summary

Sapphire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to administer medications and provide daily nursing care at the Community Based Care facility in Spokane Valley, WA. The role includes training and resources to maintain high-quality care under supervision.

Responsibilities include administering medications, following the plan of care, documenting accurately, and maintaining confidentiality while communicating with residents and staff. Shifts available: Day, Evening, NOC.

Qualifications

• HCA certification is required for hire.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Working out of our Community Based Care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance withthe established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphirewill providethe training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain topquality care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide residentswith routine daily nursing care and services
• Administermedications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations andfacility policies and procedures
• Seeklicensed staff assistance as needed
• As a Med Tech you will followthe plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Communicateboth orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Fostersa supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Other duties as assigned

• NAC/CNA or NAR or HCA required
