Job summary

Sapphire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to administer medications and provide daily nursing care to residents at our Community Based Care facility. Training and resources will be provided to ensure top-quality care and adherence to supervision policies.

Responsibilities include following the plan of care, documenting appropriately, and communicating with staff, residents, and families. The role is on-site with PRN/on-call shifts and requires licensure or current progress toward

Qualifications

• NAC/CNA or NAR license required or in progress.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with medication administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services.
• Administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
• Seek licensed staff assistance as needed.
• Follow the plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation.
• Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

Working out of our Community Based Care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance withthe established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphirewill providethe training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain topquality care.
