Job summary

Sapphire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to administer medications and provide daily nursing care to residents at Brighton Court in Spokane Valley, WA. The role requires compliance with policies, state/federal regulations, and supervision guidance.

You will contribute to a compassionate care plan, document resident care, and coordinate with licensed staff. A CNA/NAC/HCA credential and ability to work 18+ are required; shifts include Day, Evening, and NOC.

Qualifications

• HCA/NAC/CNA/NAR certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with medication administration per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services.
• Administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and facility policies and procedures.
• Seek licensed staff assistance as needed.
• Follow the plan of care and document appropriately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Communicate with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned.

Brighton Court will pay all fees for HCA certification, including application and test fees.

JOB SUMMARY:

Working out of our Community Based Care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance withthe established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphirewill providethe training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain topquality care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide residentswith routine daily nursing care and services
• Administermedications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations andfacility policies and procedures
• Seeklicensed staff assistance as needed
• As a Med Tech you will followthe plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Communicateboth orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Fostersa supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
