Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC in Scarborough, Maine is seeking a Med Tech to assist residents daily and ensure medications are executed per care plans. You will support ADLs and monitor resident well-being, delivering compassionate care in a team‑oriented setting.

Compensation is competitive with benefits starting at health insurance, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement eligibility after three months, and a $1,000 referral bonus. Next Day Pay with PayActiv is also available for FT staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Med Tech Certification required.
• First Aid & CPR Certification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents daily and ensures medication plans are executed.
• Responsible for overall care of residents and assisting with ADLs.
• Administers medications according to resident care plans.
