Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and support residents in their homes. You will maintain medication documentation and help coordinate with healthcare providers.

The role emphasizes ethical care, teamwork, and ongoing training to advance within a supportive, family-like environment. State certification may be required; rewards and benefits are listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification, and/or license.
• Certified Medication Aide or equivalent credential required where state requires.
• CPR/First Aid certification may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities for residents.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have CMA, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
