Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking Care aides to provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent in a senior living setting. Responsibilities include assisting with medication administration and daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and communicating with the care team and families.

The role offers flexible shifts (PT/FT and PRN), weekend availability, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for certified medical techs if hired in the promotion window.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Tech Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PT/FT CERTIFIED MED TECHS if hired between 9/15-10/31/2026

Sign On Bonus Pay Out Schedule

• $250 when 30 days is achieved
• $250 when 90 days is achieved
• $500 when 1 year is achieved

Part time or PRN all shifts available, weekend availability required

Full time 3 pm- 11 pm shift-Sign on bonus!

Pay: $17-19 per hour based on experience and certification
