Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Full Time Caregiver - Med Tech for the NOC shift (10pm-6am). Wage range is $21.00–$28.22 per hour depending on experience, with shift differentials for NOC and weekends.

The role involves assisting with medication administration for up to 30 residents, building strong resident connections, and serving as shift lead in collaboration with our RN and other caregivers. Med Tech/Aide or CMA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of caregiving experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Med Pass experience in a facility setting required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Computer skills including clinical software familiarity.

Responsibilities

Full Time Caregiver - Med Tech

Work Schedules Available:

• Full-Time Noc 10pm-6am Wednesday Thursday, Friday, & Saturday

Wages: $21.00 - $28.22 / hr DOE

Shift Differentials for NOC & Weekends

How You'll Do It: As a Care Suites Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate care by assisting with medication administration for up to 30 residents, as directed by their medical providers. You'll build strong connections with residents by learning their unique needs, routines, and personalities - becoming a familiar and trusted presence in their lives. You'll also serve as a point person on shift, collaborating closely with our RN and guiding other caregivers. Med Tech/Aide or Certified Medication Aide experience is preferred.

About You:

• One (1) year of experience providing care as a Caregiver preferably in a long-term care environment
• Med Pass experience in a facility setting required
