Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Cinco Ranch is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents and to maintain accurate documentation of distribution, ordering, and storage. You will partner with healthcare staff to support residents’ clinical needs and daily living activities.

Board-certified or state-required certifications, such as CMA, First Aid, or CPR, may be required, with on-the-job training offered and opportunities for growth within a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation.
• Assist residents with doctor’s appointments, pharmacy visits, and daily living activities.
• Work cooperatively with the team to support residents’ needs.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.
• Certifications such as Certified Medication Aide / First Aid / CPR may be required by state.

What you will do as a Med Tech (RMA)

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assistingwith doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $16.00/hr - $19.20/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
