Job summary

Atria Senior Living – Glen Cove is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to help administer medications and support residents with daily living activities. You will maintain accurate medication records, assist with appointments, and work closely with the care team to promote residents’ well‑being.

The role requires CMA and/or state‑required certifications as applicable, with on‑the‑job training provided. This position offers competitive pay and benefits in a supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

What you will do as a Med Tech (RMA)

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assistingwith doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
