Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents with daily medication administration and coordinated care. You’ll work with a supportive team, maintaining documentation, attending to residents’ needs, and helping with daily living activities and appointments.

The role emphasizes ethical teamwork, compliance with state requirements, and opportunities for career advancement within a caring community.

Qualifications

• Must hold state-certified Medication Aide license.
• First Aid and/or CPR certifications required.
• Must meet state requirements for experience, certification, and/or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, reception, file management, and storage
• Assist with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with team members
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
