Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily administration of medications for residents in a supportive community setting in Durham, NC. The role focuses on maintaining medication programs, documentation, and helping residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Medication Aide and any required state First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Experience in daily medication assistance and documentation processes is preferred.
• Ability to support residents with daily living activities and engage respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
