Byron Manor Senior Living in Byron Center, Michigan is seeking compassionate Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our growing team. You will administer medications per care plans and support residents with daily living activities.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident mobility
• Ability to complete accurate documentation and maintain records

• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and licensed provider orders
• Accurately document medication administration and treatments
• Communicate with pharmacy regarding refills, changes, and discrepancies
• Support residents with daily living activities (mobility, transfers, personal care)
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and team members
• Assist with household tasks (meal prep, cleaning, laundry)
• Complete incident reporting and narcotic counts per policy
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
• Collaborate with team members and participate in care planning

• 2+ years of experience in long-term care or healthcare
• Valid Driver’s License - Reliable transportation to and from work!!!

• Fast-paced, resident-centered senior living community
• Requires walking, bending, lifting, and assisting residents throughout shift
