The role supports surgical patients across General Surgery, GI, OB-Gyn, Orthopedics, Vascular, Urology, Nephrology, and more. A 10-week Residency for new grads begins with a comprehensive 6-month program.

Starting pay for new graduates with less than 1 year of experience is $36.00/hour. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance may apply; market-competitive compensation

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Associates or Bachelor's nursing degree required
• Experience in acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care, educate patients and families, and promote health in surgical units.
