Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Associate in Nursing or Nursing Diploma or equivalent.
• MLK Versant Nurse Residency Program will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, individualized patient/family centered care.
• Use SBAR for hand-offs and communicate changes promptly.
• Perform nursing assessments, plan care, and document IPOC.
• Support discharge planning with care managers and team.
• Uphold professional standards and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with unit orientation and equipment setup as needed.
