Job summary

San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in California is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg Telemetry unit. You will coordinate and provide direct nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, and participate in teaching for patients and families.

The role requires an active California RN license and graduation from a nursing program; BLS and NIHSS are required on hire. At least 1 year of recent acute care experience is preferred. This is a full-time, onsite position with 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• California RN license current and nursing degree or diploma.
• BLS certification and NIHSS required on hire.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with an electronic health record.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direct nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.

• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary services to maintain nursing standards.
