Qualifications

• ADN or Nursing Diploma required and Nebraska RN license.
• BLS certification from an AHA endorsed program.
• PALS required (department dependent).
• ACLS required within 6 months.
• TNCC or ATCN within 1 year or hire date.
• BSN preferred; MSN not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide, prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for a designated group of patients.
• Work within a team-based care model to deliver care across units.
• Support orientation and ongoing professional development for staff.
