Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. The assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour nights, starting 10/26/2026.

Travel nurses must have an active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS, and at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg acute care experience. Benefits include housing or housing allowance, health insurance, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient\'s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
