Job summary

Insight Hospital and Medical Center Chicago seeks a Clinical Manager of Med Surg Telemetry to lead nursing care delivery, ensure evidence-based practice, and maintain Magnet-aligned standards. This leadership role oversees care teams, coordinates interdisciplinary collaboration, and drives patient outcomes across the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required; master's in nursing or related field required or enrolled.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care delivery for Med Surg Telemetry.
• Ensure compliance with standards and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and team huddles.
• Mentor staff and provide feedback and education.
• Implement care protocols and quality indicators.
• Promote a positive work environment and staffing optimization.
