Job summary

MRINetwork in Memphis seeks a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele RN) to deliver direct patient care for medically complex and cardiac-monitored patients. You will monitor telemetry rhythms, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

The role includes supervising delegated staff and supporting high standards of quality and safety throughout the unit.

Qualifications

• Active TN RN license/permit (required).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (required).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• BLS, ACLS, CPI (required within 3 months for behavioral health/float assignments), PALS (required within 3 months for ED/float pool).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based care.
• Supervise delegated staff and uphold quality and safety standards.
