Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care on the Med Surg 5th Floor. The role supports licensed nurses, performs ADLs, takes vital signs, and assists with education while ensuring patient safety and compliance in a Magnet-designated system.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and CNA certification. Benefits eligible; nights 7:00am–7:30pm, 36 hours per week, with holiday rotation and every other

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under supervision of the nurse and assists with ADLs.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assists in patient and family education and documents care activities.
• Ensures availability of supplies and equipment for patient needs.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety and quality.
