MLK Community Healthcare is hiring a RN MedSurg/Tele ICU for full-time day shifts in Los Angeles. The Clinical Staff Nurse delivers comprehensive patient care, coordinates with the ICU team, and supports family-centered planning under the Watson Model.

The role requires California RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and critical care nursing experience. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, with preference for Med/Surg/Telemetry background.

Qualifications

• RN license in California
• Basic EKG Competence
• CPI Blue Card within 90 days or notice requirements
• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish)
• Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS
• Dysrhythmia course certificate preferred

Responsabilités

• 12-hour accountability for organizing, planning, directing, coordinating and providing high quality, individualized patient/family centered care

Formation

Bachelor of Sciences degree preferred
