Sutter Delta Medical Center, part of Sutter Health, seeks an RN to assess, coordinate, deliver and evaluate nursing care in an acute setting. The role includes direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care, within a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, with RN licensure in the state of care and BLS certification, plus 2 years of relevant experience. High standards for privacy and patient safety are essential.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience.
• RN-Registered Nurse license for the state where care is provided.
• BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, coordinate, deliver and evaluate nursing care in an acute setting.
• Provide patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians and healthcare team.
• Protect patient PHI and ensure privacy.
• Prioritize assignments within standardized policies and procedures.
