Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care using established nursing processes on Med/Tele and related units. You will coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate outcomes, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy’s mission.

Qualified candidates will have an active RN license in the hiring state (or compact), BLS certification, and a nursing degree. Additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (associate's degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure; maintain current licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and evaluate care effectiveness.
