Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care by direct caregivers and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability and align with Mercy's mission and Service Standards.
• Manage care on a cardiac/telemetry floor with varied acuity and post-op patients.
