Job summary

Tenet South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Supervisor in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This full-time staff position leads daily operations of the Med Surg unit and coordinates with the Director to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and efficient staffing.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in Nursing, 2–3 years of acute care with leadership, and a multi-state RN license with BLS CPR. CPI and other unit certifications may be required during orientation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred.
• Valid RN license; multi-state licensure preferred; BLS CPR required.
• CPI certification and other unit certifications may be required within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care.
• Oversee staffing, fiscal responsibility and achievement of unit strategic goals.
• Promote a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors.
• Maintain clinical and professional competency appropriate to the populations served.
