Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of Charge Nurse or equivalent experience required.
• Maintains current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Professional Certification within 2 years of hire preferred.

• Develops and implements departmental plans and compliance.
• Prepares and conducts orientation and training of personnel.

Skills

Current and valid California Registered Nurse license

Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate

Charge Nurse experience

Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
