The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg in Detroit, Michigan. The role includes leading patient care, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring safe discharge planning.

The successful candidate will hold an RN license in Michigan, preferably BSN, and AHA BLS certification. This full-time staff position offers comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $25,000 based on experience.

Formación

• Graduation from a school of nursing required.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care within the nursing team.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patients for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision‑making.
