• Ability to utilize critical thinking and problem solving in patient care.
• RN required with active license

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-centered nursing care in accordance with Wesley Medical Center standards.
• Evaluates quality of nursing practice through quality of care activities and improvements.
• Maintains current knowledge in nursing practice and education.
• Monitors patient progress toward outcomes.
• Contributes to professional development of peers and others.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and care teams to provide and advocate for care.
