Job summary

Lansdale Hospital is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide patient-centered care in an acute hospital setting. You will partner with patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring respect for cultural beliefs and preferences.

You will work within inter-professional teams, using evidence-based practice, and participate in patient education, discharge planning, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and safety of care.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state of PA)
• BSN preferred within 3 years of hire
• 1 year RN acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Collaborate with patients and designated care partners in creating and following care plans.
• Participate in hospital safety and quality improvement activities.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and post-discharge steps.
