Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg at Richmond Community Hospital to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patients, administer medications, and develop care plans to improve outcomes. A Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred, with at least one year of RN experience; state RN licensure and BLS/ACLS as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Six months RN experience in acute care hospital preferred.
• Current state RN licensure, BLS preferred on hire (ACLS acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs and administer IV medications.
• Evaluate and revise care plans to meet outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
