Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana Nursing License in good standing.
• Previous clinical nursing experience is desired.
• BLS required within 30 days upon hire.
• All other certifications due within 90 days of hire date, i.e., ACLS, PALS

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan and organize nursing activities on the Med Surg unit.
• Focus on patient, physician and staff needs.
• Support medical care of patients under the direction of Medical Staff.
