TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is seeking a Med Surg RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a 109-bed acute care setting in Springfield, Tennessee. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes.

The role emphasizes assessment, timely documentation, medication administration, patient advocacy, and education for patients and families. Eligible candidates include RNs with appropriate licenses and degrees.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN required to practice in state and perform duties as registered nurse.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or Registered Nurse Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and each shift.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, and educate patients and families.
• Educate patients on condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
