LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a 43-bed Med/Surg unit, providing direct patient care in a healing environment.

You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care; promote patient and family-centered education; participate in safety and regulatory activities; and collaborate with patients and families to develop and document individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
