Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact) and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend or kneel.

Responsibilities

• Provide care using the nursing process.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• RN-to-patient ratio of 1:6 with support from Patient Care Associates.
