Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred with 2+ years Med Surg and/or Telemetry experience.
• Ability to work in safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety awareness essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Create, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and provide holistic care.
