West Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System, is seeking an experienced RN to provide safe, competent nursing care and lead the healthcare team. This role emphasizes patient-centered care and service excellence in a busy acute care setting.

You will supervise staff, uphold standards, and contribute to high-quality nursing across emergency, inpatient and specialty services during day shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• One year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification.
• PALS or NRP certification as required by department.

Responsabilités

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision and demonstrates Service Excellence.
• Upholds Patient Centered Care as the foundation of all nursing care.
