Job summary

Witham Health Services in Lebanon, IN seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical unit. The role involves delivering professional nursing care to assigned patients during day shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) and participating in discharge planning.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Requires RN licensure in Indiana and BLS certification; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license by the IPLA and be BLS certified.
• Additional certifications are dependent on assigned care.
• RN is responsible for continuous self-professional development by attending seminars and maintaining CEU's.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the Nursing Process.
• Direct supervision of LPN and Nursing Assistant, when applicable.
• Communicate patient and family needs to all disciplines on the health care team.
