Job summary

Firelands Health in Bellevue, OH is seeking a part-time RN for Med-Surg, 7p-7a, on-site. You will deliver direct patient care, perform assessments, and communicate with physicians to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Must have current Ohio RN license and CPR prior to patient care experience.
• Current ACLS and Basic EKG required or obtained within 6 months of hire and remain current.
• Excellent organizational, customer service skills, and computer proficiency are a must.

Responsibilities

• Implements nursing process with patients per physician orders and Firelands standards of care.
• Performs assessments, monitors and documents care, reports findings to physicians as needed.
• Instructs patients, staff and family on treatments and discharge planning.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains medications and supplies.
• Demonstrates service excellence and represents Firelands Health positively.
