Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA seeks a Registered Nurse for the 3 North Med/Surg Internal Medicine team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with department standards and nursing models, serving as an advocate for patients and families while upholding the organization’s mission and values.

You will assess patients, administer medications, document care, respond to requests, and educate patients and families on conditions and plans.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and state requirements.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree as stated.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes.
• Administer medications and document care in medical records; monitor therapeutic response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and follow-up measures.
