Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing required upon hire.
• RN license in Tennessee required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (CPR) required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic monitoring and recognition of acute changes with escalation as needed.
• Administer and monitor therapies, IVs, medication safety, fall and skin care.
• Manage rapidly changing patient situations with proactive assessment.
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple patient needs efficiently.
• Provide a healing, patient-centered environment and advocate for patients.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions and care plans.
