Qualifications

• ASN or equivalent nursing degree (RN) and completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in TN, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) required; ACLS and PALS within 120 days where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and patient monitoring, recognizing acute changes and escalating concerns.
• Administer and monitor therapies, medications, IVs, and safety measures.
• Manage rapidly changing situations by assessing and meeting patient needs promptly.
• Organize care, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with the care team.
• Support healing environment and advocate for patient dignity and comfort.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
