• Gather and document patients' medical history, symptoms, and current health status.
• Administer and record medications according to orders and protocols.
• Independently administer nursing care and support patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and care plans.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
