Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure with Med-Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor adult patients and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and IV therapies according to clinical standards.
• Coordinate evidence-based care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient status and care activities accurately in the EHR.
• Support safe transitions of care across the continuum.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care.
